The County of Henry is seeking an individual to fill the position of Real Estate Appraiser: for the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Department. This individual is responsible for inspecting and appraising residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties. Previous experience in Real Estate appraisal or related field is preferred as well as knowledge of appraisal methods, Real Estate laws, and taxation principles. Qualified candidate must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. The work schedule is 37 ½ hours per week. The minimum starting salary for this position is $43,724, plus excellent benefits outlined below. The base pay may be increased depending on qualifications and experience.
