Our team is growing and we need an additional Buyer Specialist to work with Buyer clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
2. Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
3. Arrange and manage open houses to encourage sales
4. Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
5. Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
Qualifications:
1. Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
2. Be an advocate for your clients
3. Be resolutely persistent when challenges arise
4. Get to know your clients and determine their needs while building rapport
5. Communicate clearly both written and verbally
6. Experience in customer service and Real Estate sales is a plus
7. Experience with the local Real Estate market and general trends
8. Detail oriented regarding contract writing and review
9. Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
10. Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,336.94 - $111,201.48 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
