We are seeking talented and motivated Realtors to join our growing team. As a Realtor with Dean Aguilar Group, you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and renting of residential properties. Your primary objective will be to provide outstanding customer service while guiding clients through the complexities of the Real Estate transaction process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of residential properties
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values
- Create and present property listings and purchase offers to clients
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate the closing process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, fellow Realtors, and industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate license in [State]
- Proven track record of success in Real Estate sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
