Description
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our boutique brokerage team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate the exciting process of buying and selling properties. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, gaining valuable experience and building a successful career in the Real Estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support
- Prepare and present offers to clients, negotiating terms and conditions on their behalf
- Coordinate property viewings and open house events to showcase properties
- Stay up-to-date with local Real Estate market trends and regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with other Real Estate Agents, lenders, and lawyers to ensure a smooth transaction process
Requirements
- Valid Real Estate license in Georgia
- Proven track record of success as a Real Estate Agent
- Knowledge of the local Real Estate market and trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Real Estate software and CRM systems is a plus

Additional Information: Real Estate Agents are independent contractors, which means your income potential is unlimited. Generally, full-time Real Estate Agents in our program make $40,000 - $90,000 in their first 1-2 years, while our experienced and top Real Estate Agents/teams can make $100,000+.
