We are seeking a hard-working, committed individual to work directly with our Team Leader and Top Producer.
This position offers a low base salary AND benefits as well as a structured office schedule but will have all the requirements of a salesperson including:

• Outbound lead generation
• Prospecting for new business
• Database (CRM) management
• Nurturing lead pipelines
• Lead and client conversions
• Writing and negotiating contracts
• Navigating clients through the transaction with support from a showing partner and support team
• Handling inspection and appraisal negotiations, and so much more.

We’re a vibrant and very busy Real Estate team and are looking for a committed agent who is looking for both stability and opportunity to fill this role. This position involves working directly with our top agent and team leader, who consistently sells $30-$40 million annually; this position is meant for someone who is looking for a long-term career, is willing to work hard, and the pay structure will be set up as a win/win. $40,000+ salary plus commission

• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service

• Owning the organization of the database of clients working directly with our team's top agent
• Communicating clearly, promptly, and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and working to help convert clients and assist in the process of finding buyers find the perfect home
• Analyzing the needs and wants of the clients and interpreting today's Real Estate market
• Follow up with clients weekly and send them customized homes to go view
• Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities
• Your main job is to grow in relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service!

• Current and valid Real Estate License in Washington State
• Have or easily obtain membership with the NWMLS
• Have or easily obtain Supra eKey
• A reliable vehicle is necessary
