Job Description: Real EstateBuyer's Agent
We are looking for a Buyer’s Agent to join our top producing team and help provide our clients with the best possible service. The ideal Buyer’s Agent will have a strong understanding of the Real Estate market, phenomenal customer service skills, and the best ability to negotiate effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients find their ideal property, providing advice on market trends, and assisting in the completion of all paperwork associated with the sale or purchase of a property. We have a full-time admin that will allow you to focus on servicing your clients and generating new business. Our job when bringing on a new agent to the team is to provide them with leads, training, resources, tools, and support for an ever growing business within our team. There's opportunity to earn over 100k a year!
Responsibilities:
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Advise clients on current market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements etc.
- Negotiate sales contracts
- Develop networks of contacts to find properties for clients
- Remain knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practices
- Advertise properties for sale
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
Expectations:
- Attend regular training sessions
- Lead generation and prospecting daily
- Follow ups daily
- Mange and update CRM
- Must be motivated and have a strong work ethic
- Handle clients with care and utmost professionalism
- Maintain being the highest level of fiduciary to your client
- Follow systems and models
