Forest Dale Golf Course is now hiring a Part-Time Call Center Agent!Responsible for general customer service duties and scheduling reservations for customers.
TYPICAL DUTIES
- Answers phone calls and books reservations for customers.
- Responsible for cleanliness of clubhouse interior and workspace.
- Assists in other golf operations as requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills.
- Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities.
- Ability to perform basic gardening or general maintenance work.
