Job Title: Real Estate Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join Desantis and Associates Real Estate team as a Real Estate Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the Real Estate industry. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide crucial support and contribute to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist Real Estate Agent with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients, prospects, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries and assist with resolving any issues or concerns.
- Marketing Assistance: Aid in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers. This may include creating marketing materials, coordinating open houses, and managing social media accounts.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client information, and other relevant data using our CRM system. Ensure data integrity and assist with data entry tasks as needed.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, gather property information, and assist Real Estate Agents in making informed decisions. Stay updated on industry news and developments.
- Support Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including Real Estate Agents, brokers, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform various tasks and projects as assigned by the Real Estate team, such as running errands, coordinating property showings, and attending team meetings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a Real Estate is desirable but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, familiarity with MLS, FUB and other Real Estate software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
