This role goes beyond the conventional agent position. We're in search of a highly motivated individual prepared to excel in a vibrant and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Graduation from PLACE Launch and Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certification
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
- Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Conduct 1-2 open houses per month
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
- Engage in script practices according to team standards
- Participate in team activities as per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications

- Hold a valid Real Estate license
- Possess a minimum of 2 year of Real Estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
