• Guide clients in understanding the features, benefits, and options of our homes, assisting them in finding their ideal match.

• Aid clients in securing financing, and liaising with mortgage brokers or lenders as needed.
• Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Deliver outstanding post-sale support to guarantee customer satisfaction and generate referrals.

• Must hold a valid Real Estate license in the state of operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings to accommodate client schedules.
• Previous experience in new home sales, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
