$62,000 - $74,400 yearly

• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Research investment and partnership models, Real Estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale

• Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to convert leads
• Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties
• Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market
• Work closely with upper management regarding deals, and communicate properties effectively
• Remain knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practices

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
• +1 years of experience as a Real Estate specialist in Real Estate Acquisitions, land acquisition, or Real Estate sales is highly desired
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

• Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude
• Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs
• Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment
• Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
