Engage in diverse projects like process & product development, process capability & optimization, and production startup across BEF's product range. Apply your food processing and food science knowledge to gain valuable experience within the food industry. - Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive technical and scientific advancements, leveraging both internal and external resources.
- Integrate business requirements into technical decision-making processes.
- Engage in hands-on work across laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.
- Analyze and assess processing design and data to support project objectives.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple assignments and tasks concurrently.
- Travel to various BEF plants/locations to support project needs.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related Engineering discipline.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Capacity to collaborate seamlessly within teams and maintain a composed demeanor in a dynamic work environment, often involving simultaneous management of multiple tasks.
- Display sound judgment and apply logical and critical thinking to solution development.
- Demonstrate a positive professional presence when interacting with management and external stakeholders.
- Interest in the CPG industry is a plus
