Description
- Test prototypes to verify they meet design requirements.
- Develop new test methods, fixtures, and inspection processes for evaluating prototypes.
- Perform statistical analysis and present findings.
- Maintain, service, and troubleshoot test equipment.
- Assist in root cause analyses and maintain traceability of components.
- Document and report engineering drawings and experiments.
- Ideate new design concepts and generate intellectual property (invention disclosure forms)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
- Largely self-directed, capable of meeting project goals with minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to design and development of medical devices.
- Ability to read and prepare technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of standard machine shop equipment and processes.
- Knowledge of medical and technical development.
- Computer skills including Word, Excel and CAD (Solidworks or PRO/E proficiency required).
- 1+ year of relevant professional experience
Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
