This position is remote eligible.
- Review weekly A/R reports assigned by RCM Supervisor.
- Complete follow-up within multiple insurances for assigned practice/s.
- Resubmit claims and/or obtain copies of EOB’s for posting where needed.
- Complete appeals as needed for denied claims.
- Review KPI’s weekly with RCM Manager to discuss benchmarks necessary to meet.
Qualifications:
- RCM experience in the Medical or Dental industry is experience required
- Experience in a Dental practice setting
- Experience in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental is highly preferred
- Attention to details, and skilled in documentation and implementation of workflow processes
