Companyamp; Position Information:
o Our center-based clinical program implements AppliedBehavior Analysis (ABA) with children and adolescents with Autism SpectrumDisorders, learning disabilities, and other social, language and cognitivedeficits.
o The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) operateswithin the Clinical Department and is responsible for administering AppliedBehavior Analysis (ABA) under the direction of the Clinical Assistants, ClinicSupervisors and/or Directors, and the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
o Implementing ABA therapy with clients varying in functionaland developmental levels, and degrees of aggressions.
o Completing 1:1 sessions, playdates, group shadowingand occasional 1:2 sessions.
o Adherence of program changes, datasheet changes,program guides and notes, and behavior protocols.
o Portrayal of a calm and professional demeanorthroughout therapy sessions.
o Maintaining organized and structed therapy sessions.
o Implementing sensory requirements for each client.
o Collecting and recording accurate data and completinggraphs and program guides after each session.
o Writing a clear and concise summary of therapysessions.
Position Preferences:
o Degree or in pursuit of a degree in a related field(Psychology, Education, Special Education, Child Development, or Speech).
o Prior ABA experience and/or childcare experience.
o Possession of excellent written and spokencommunication skills.
o Can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
o Can demonstrate a high level of organization andindependence.
Pre-EmploymentScreening:
o Employment isdependent on the results of a criminal background check (Federal, State, andCounty), the results of a drug screening test, and verification of employmentreferences.
Schedule:
Hours ofOperation:Monday 9:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8:45am-6:00pm, Friday 8:45am-5:00pm.
o Full Time Openings (36-40 Hours/Week)
Wage:
o Training Wage: $17.50/Hour
o Position Wage:$18.00/Hour
