- Collect, sort, and analyze data from claims to investigate and identify the root cause of quality problems.
- Perform internal process audits of the product and process, create reports related to data acquired and submit findings.
- Analyze and evaluate log data associated with weight variances to troubleshoot discrepancies in LPs and UCCs.
- 5s and visual management reviews.
- Perform administrative functions to improve and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Creation and deployment of Quality and Process Alerts.

- High School diploma.
- Experience in distribution center.
- Ability to work under reduced supervision.
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
- Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word. PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, High Jump.
