The Quality Technician is responsible for documenting scrap entries in SAP, assuring product integrity by completing defined critical testing, completing incoming and outgoing inspections as instructed, assisting with the implementation of new functional quality areas and supporting quality improvement initiatives throughout the operation.

What You'll Do
As a Quality Technician you'll be part of our team located in Gallatin, TN. You'll get to:
- Support product and process qualification activities.
- Provide quality technical support via documentation and training.
- Make quality decisions aligned with defined standards to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor, record, and report quality results.
- Conduct receiving and final inspections and audits using appropriate equipment and methods.
- Perform gage R&R and capability studies.
- Create files for digital measuring equipment as needed.
- Conduct investigations of product defects and properly identify nonconforming product.
Who You Are

- High School Diploma
- Two years experience in a fast paced manufacturing operation
- Proficiency with standard PC applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, databases, etc.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient math skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Ability to read and understand part/assembly drawings.
- Experience in quality control and/or plastic injection molding environment is a plus.
