We are hiring a Quality Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining quality standards and supporting the Company's Quality objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Facilitates Corrective Action Process
Supervisor Quality Techs and CMM Operator across all shifts
Responsible for Internal Quality Goals
Assists in the development of new and existing programs through the use of APQP
Assists the Quality Manager in day-to-day managerial duties
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements
Background in Automotive Casting, Machining or Assembly Field
Previous Quality Experience is Required
Knowledge of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance
Blue Print Reading
Must have working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance techniques
SPC and APQP as it pertains to Automotive Quality Requirements
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Employees are expected to work onsite to attend in person meetings and collaborate as necessary
