Quality Control Supervisor

ELECTRICAL QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Duties and Responsibilities of Electrical Quality Control Supervisor (included but not limited to):

• Administration/Implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) outlined in the CYMI QMS and client QMS.
• Organizational freedom to recognize quality problems and report them to the Quality Manager for review.
• Perform the various periodic project job site audits as required and report them to the Quality Manager.
• Review provided drawings specifications, do daily QSR and submittals, etc., for quality requirements. Knowledge of Electrical terminology and installation details.
• Conduct and record all CYMI quality inspection and testing activities on the appropriate Inspection and Test Report as required.
• Coordinate ITP audit, hold, monitor, and witness points with the client, owner, engineer, etc., before any inspection and testing activities. Experienced in conducting FCR, NOI and MAR check sheets for client approval.
• Perform periodic project job site audits surveillances, along with other CYMI supporting quality documentation as required.
• Gather records for quality Turnover Package submission.
• Attend required and refresher training related to company, vendor, and regulatory compliance.
• Good attention to detail and experience in record keeping and document control.
• Attend safety training as directed.
• Must comply with all safety and company rules and regulations.
• Ability to wear PPE, long-standing and construction site inspection experience.
• Supervisor experience managing a quality team and onsite crew to coordinate and review daily activities, track work progress daily, and report to quality management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Supervising: 5 years (Preferred)
