We are currently looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead our product testing team. You’ll ensure the top-notch quality of our product. A great Quality Supervisor is reliable, able to work with attention to detail, and has excellent communications skills. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers and other departments. The goal will be to ensure that quality product will be produced smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

Quality Supervisor Job Description:
- Lead the quality team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and equipped to perform all duties effectively.
- Allocate tasks and set inspection, testing, and work schedules.
- Oversee day-to-day inspection and testing of products; and ensure the productivity of these tasks meet Company standards. Perform testing, as needed.
- Review and approve test results, as required, ensuring proper documentation of data.
- Prepare Certifications of Compliance.
- Ensure all quality control processes and procedures are adhered to consistently.
- Lead investigations into quality issues or non-conformities.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding test results and nonconforming items.
- Work with Lamination Supervisors to monitor production operations for adherence to quality standards and implement corrective and preventative actions on the floor.
- Maintain and update QC documentation, including test results, independent laboratory requirements, database maintenance, inspection reports, lab reports and non-conformity logs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory testing and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide operations team with quality trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
Quality Supervisor Requirements:
- Degree in manufacturing, engineering, or quality preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in a quality role. Quality leadership experience preferred.
- Understanding of continuous improvement and total quality management philosophy.
- Understanding of quality control methods and industry standards.
- Proficient with quality control software tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.
- Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, Syteline, and other relevant software.
- Flexible work shifts are required.
Shift Hours & Training:
- Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm (Daily hours are flexible)
