Job Description
The Quality Service Coordinator (QSC) is responsible for supporting Quality Service Manager (QSM) for: 1) ensuring vendors are delivering best in class service to retail locations and 2) managing store inventory levels to minimize outages and unproductive inventory.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. Pay will be determined based on experience level.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain reporting necessary to monitor delivery service and store inventory with consistently high accuracy to deliver precise, timely work.
• Assess data from a variety of sources to understand inventory min levels required for replenished product based on sellout, replenished lead times and service level trends.
• Monitor store in-stocks for replenished inventory to drive toward 100% in-stocks.
• Conduct root cause analysis for service issues and collaborate with vendors for resolution and actions to prevent moving forward.
• Support QSM in Monthly Demand/Supply Collaboration meetings.
• Serve as key contact for stores requesting inventory min level changes or size evaluations.
• Implementation of reporting/monitoring/analysis at a predetermined frequency to support inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with Category Analyst to identify and implement analysis best practices.
• Constantly assessing processes and procedures to identify continuous improvement opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness gains.
• Support Quality Service Manager with projects assigned to team.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain.
• Ability to use MSOffice (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
