Quality Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Able to successfully complete all the job responsibilities of a Quality Inspector E&S, Quality Technician E&S, Quality Metrology Technician, Quality Lead Inspector E&S and Quality Engineer E&S.

· Manage the Exhaust and Structural Quality Department

· Other duties as assigned.

· Interact with customers and suppliers as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years experience.

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to read and interpret drawings, GD&T

· Ability to write, read and understand work instructions accurately

· Working knowledge of calipers, micrometers, height gages, comparator & other inspection tools

· Working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint.

· Preferred Experience with data entry in Plex

· work independently and be self-motivated

· good attendance, positive attitude and strong work ethics

· good organizational skills and have good follow through

· ability to make decisions, problem solving & initiative

· good communication skills and able maintain professionalism

· Knowledge of metal stamping.

· Knowledge of TS/ISO, IATF preferred.

JOB REQUIRED PPE – Operators will be required to wear the following when handling parts or materials:

· Cut resistant gloves

· Cut resistant sleeves

· Nitrile gloves

· Safety glasses – must meet OSHA requirements (ANSI Z87.1) with side protection.

· Hearing protection

JOB PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for the duration of the shift.

· Must be able to lift 30lbs repetitively.

JOB HOURS AND BREAKS

Salary Employees:

· 8 HOUR SHIFT – 2 ten minute breaks and 60 minute lunch

· 10 HOUR SHIFT – 3 ten minute breaks and 60 minute lunch

· 12HOUR SHIFT – 4 ten minute breaks and 60 minute lunch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
