Quality Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance standards and processes to ensure our products and services meet the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes and procedures
- Develop and maintain quality control manuals and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections
- Analyze product and service performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
