We are looking to expand our team and are in need of an experienced Quality Inspector -- Full-Time!
Main Responsibilities:
Assess product and production process audits on the shop floor.
Help operators to understand and carry out the necessary part inspections.
Carry out part inspections to guarantee conformance to specifications.
Conduct incoming raw material inspections, as needed.
Input accurate and timely data into quality reporting systems.
Oversee and manage on-hold process, including disposition of suspect parts.
Give day-to-day priorities and guidance to Quality Inspectors.
Identify, propose, and implement applicable solutions.
Communicate with quality team members and supervisors regarding quality issues found.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant quality experience.
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection devices.
- Must have strong communication skills to understand inspection requirements.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications, such as excel, word, and outlook.
- Perform part inspections as needed to ensure conformance to specifications.
- **Basic problem-solvingskills and abilities.**
You should be familiar with:
- Blueprint Reading
- Quality Inspection Experience
