• Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand product requirements.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials and products using rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Document inspection outcomes accurately in detailed reports and performance records.
• Reject products that do not meet quality standards and record reasons for rejection.
• Report inspection and test data to production teams.
• Maintain thorough records of inspections, materials, and processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to discuss inspection results and recommend process improvements.
• Resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
• Strong numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
• Attention to detail with a results-driven approach.
• Technical writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and as a leader in a team environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T).
• Experience with advanced electronic inspection equipment.
