Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: 1st shift & split shift project openings!
Pay: $20-$22/hr
This position will be working on a project with one of the largest American fast food restaurant chains.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections of packaging materials, work-in-process product, and finished goods to identify any quality defects or non-conformances
- Monitor production equipment performance and document operational issues, changes to equipment setpoints, or deviations from equipment centerlines
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of any quality deviations observed
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with food safety and quality programs, regulatory standards, and customer requirements
- Conduct other duties, as assigned by the plant QA Manager or QA Supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or laboratory setting preferred
