GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Promotes and ensures compliance of the company quality system (IPS Requirements) and ISO 9001 requirements. Manages quality work instructions, standards, procedures, documentation and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement. Leads problem resolution efforts, working directly with Customer, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering and plant resources/teams to drive quality improvements to meet customer expectations.
Quality System Execution – participates with establishing and maintaining the company and plant quality management system including but not limited to process documentation, ISO compliance and documentation, corrective actions, data collection, internal auditing, statistical methods products and processes evaluations, supplier quality, and preventative actions. Leads and promotes use of formal problem-solving methodology. Leads efforts to reduce cost of poor quality. Ultimately, works closely with the Quality Manager to exceed all Quality Objectives and Goals for the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The ability to work as a team member is imperative to succeed in this role.
- Calibration for Measurement Devices Management.
- Inspect/Record Belts, Tubing, Rollers, and other items as necessary or indicated in the control plan.
- MRB Cage Management and Costing.
- Track/Report Motor/Blocks/All Products Repair.
- Tracking/Reporting/Disposition for all Non-Conforming Products.
- Track Incoming/Outgoing RMA for Non-Conforming Products.
- Monthly Audit Internal Products and Processes.
- Assist with corrective action implementations.
- Assist with quality issues on the production floor.
- Assist with customer quality issues.
- Create/Maintain visual checklist, work instruction, and visual control plans for the areas below:
- Brake Press
- CNC
- Laser
- Pallet, Wheel, Roller and Versi Flow
- Punching
- Roll Forming
- Saw
- Welding
- Robotic Welding
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Posses basic proficiency in one more software programs including knowledge of SharePoint, Word, Excel, MS Internet Explorer, and Outlook. Solid knowledge of programs like Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and SAP are a definite plus.

EDUCATION:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years related experience
