Job Description
Job Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer specialized in corrective and preventive action processes, data collection, quality management standards, and statistical process control.
Requirements:
Experience in ensuring that corrective and preventive action processes identify root causes of issues
Proficient in maintaining data collection, entry or reporting to assure product conformance, process capability or equipment calibration
Ability to develop and implement standards and methods for inspecting, testing, calibrating and evaluating materials, products, returns, equipment and processes
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and MIL-STD-790 Quality Management Standards
Experience in utilizing quality improvement methods of assessment, planning, implementation and validation
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to support process capability
Responsibilities:
Develop and improve Quality processes
Assist in the execution of periodic Gap Analysis between established goals
Support mechanical/electrical testing for new/existing products
Develop policies/procedures essential to the administration of the Quality Management System
Utilize SPC techniques to support process capability
Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
