Quality Engineer 3

Major Responsibilities: 
Responsible for maintaining good relations with customers/suppliers/manufacturing including good communications and transfer of information. 
Maintain routine customer/supplier visits as needed. 
Perform internal quality audits (i.e. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Process State, PSO). 
Provides assistance for associates in areas of quality improvement, (i.e. SPC, measuring problem solving, etc.) 
Provides support for new product, new/revised drawings, design changes, manufacturing and quality exceptions such as deviations. 
Prepares data for ISIR / ISLR reports. 
Prepares customer documentation for new/changed products including but not limited to PPAP, PSO and Run-at-Rate documentation, etc. 
Responsible for the investigation of OEM defects and field warranty claims. 
Effectively leads CFT for implementation of countermeasure. 
Completes and communicates necessary reports. 
Know and understand quality policies and procedures, and customer engineering standards. 
Should have training for problem solving (including 5WHY) and PFMEA.

Salary Range: $76,100 - $95, 300
