Position Summary

Delva Tool & Machine (DTM), a CMT company, is seeking a Quality Control/CMM Inspector for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The Quality Control/CMM Inspector will be responsible for carrying out quality assessments and measurements on products within specified dimensions. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 2:00pm - 11:00pm. The pay range for this position is between $24.00 - $28.00/hr. depending on experience. A 15% shift differential will be added to your hourly rate of pay*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Completes first article inspections, generating reports and PCMM points maps detailing quality of product.
• Develops and maintains inspection reports.
• Ensures compliance to company standards and specifications.
• Performs inspections across all stages of production.
• Prepares and maintains test data for review.
• Evaluates data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.
• Identifies areas for quality control improvement and implements new methods accordingly.
• Communicates quality or compliance concerns with urgency.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of prior experience working with inspection tools, engineered drawings, prints, and assessing customer requirements.
• Proven experience using PCMM and/or CMM technology.
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems (Job Boss is a plus).
• Experience with a quality management system; familiarity with AS 9100 process documentation is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Aerospace specs requirements is a plus.
