```Duties```
- Perform detail lab procedures for equipment
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues.
- Ability to manage time / team player with the ability to handle repetitive details.

- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records / Computer literacy a must.
```Qualifications```
- 1 year previous experience in quality inspection or quality assurance preferred
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, such as scales , ph. meters , water activity etc.
- afternoon shift flexibility is a must / rotate weekend O.T.
- Knowledge of quality of products , taste , smell etc.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with management and auditors.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
