- Train, support, and supervise quality inspectors/testers and pack out associates on 2nd Shift (3:00-11:30pm)
- Ensure testers and test procedures comply with regulatory and safety standards
- Prioritize job flow into test to allow adequate inspection and testing time
- Prepare, update, and analyze production reports and indicators regularly
- Participate in Safety, Schneider Production System (SPS), and ISO audits
- Develop and communicate monthly results reports internally and to the global team
- Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system
- Analyze failures and perform corrective and preventive actions in response to customer complaints, typically in 8D format
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience and competence in reading and interpreting part drawings
- Strong trouble shooting skills with the ability to develop root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process related concerns.
- Experience creating Pareto charts and 8D reports
- 3 years QA experience
- 5 years supervising a team
