Responsibilities:
DAILY:
- Review and communicate the Weekly Work Plan, addressing daily and scheduled tasks.
- Regular communication with field teams and on-site superintendent.
- Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance.
- Manage team member attendance and allocate manpower across projects.
- Training and development of craftworkers.
- Assist in creating and adjusting weekly work plans.
- Approve team member time and implement The Coppera Way.
- Oversee job site performance, cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage subcontractors to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure organization and inventory of materials and tools.
- Request, schedule, and receive materials through the Material Requisition Process.
WEEKLY:
- Conduct safety meetings.
- Review labor hours for efficient payroll processing.
- Coordinate with the field leadership team for efficient manpower and task execution.
- Participate in weekly project budget/benchmarking meetings.
- Ensure all make-ready needs are on-site during pre-planning.
- Submit RFIs and work with onsite contacts for information gathering.
- Ensure timely completion of As-Built drawings.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports for relationship building.
MONTHLY:
- Review budgets with Project Manager.
- Conduct Lessons Learned meetings and Testing Reports as needed.
- Coordinate permitting and inspections.
Quarterly:
- Meet one-on-one with LM and team members to build meaningful relationships.
- Conduct team member reviews.
- Participate in leadership development and personal growth activities.
Yearly:
- Provide an analysis of the company's performance to the Chief Operations Officer.
- Participate in the Annual Strategic Planning Meeting with the Executive Team.
- Lead team-building activities and recognize outstanding team members.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Preferred:
- Master Plumber with 3+ years of experience.
- Embrace the company's mission, vision, and core values.
- Strong communication skills (listening, clarity, empathy).
- Safety certifications (OSHA 30, CPR, Confined Space, First Aid).
- Proficiency in SmartSheet, SharePoint, Excel.
- People processes management (attendance, timekeeping, performance).
- Familiarity with COPPERA Quality Standards.
Minimum:
- Journeyman Plumber with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Texas Plumbing License and Driver's License.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Proficient in project management tools (Bluebeam, Smartsheet).
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and perform take-offs.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility to access various locations within the company and construction sites.
- Dexterity to operate office equipment and computers.
- Strength for occasional lifting and equipment handling (as needed).
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,983.00 - $83,627.00 per year
