Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools. Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Description of Responsibilities:
· Oversee the Quality departments globally.
· Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective Quality Control processes
· Devise and review specifications for products or processes
· Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
· Manage the QMS for the organization
· Ensure quality certifications remain in good standing.
· Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
· Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
· Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements, approving/rejecting products as necessary
· Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
· Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
