We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager to ensure our product standards are consistently met and exceeded. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
As a Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the Quality Control department and ensure all products meet or exceed the required standards. You will be responsible for implementing Quality Control procedures, managing a team of Quality Control inspectors, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Quality Control systems designed to ensure continuous production of high-quality products (consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals).
- Lead a team of Quality Control inspectors, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure a competent and effective workforce.
- Conduct and oversee the inspection of raw materials, production processes, and final products to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Analyze data from Quality Control tests, identify areas for quality improvement, and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Coordinate with production, testing and project management to ensure resources are deployed achieve on time delivery and achieving production goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure Quality Control measures are understood and integrated into the production process.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on Quality Control tests, analyses, and significant outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO).
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, Quality Control technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the Quality Control process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control or quality assurance, preferably in the electrical integration, manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control standards and methodologies, including ISO standards.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and Quality Control software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate quality standards and expectations to team members and cross-functional partners.
