Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Assessment and Recommendations:

• Thoroughly inspect and assess vehicles, providing expert recommendations for reconditioning and repairs.
• Utilize cost estimation techniques to determine repair expenses accurately.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring open and effective communication.
• Tailor services to meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct quality checks on vehicles to maintain high standards.
• Review and update condition reports and approve and audit vehicle repair reports.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Provide exceptional customer service via email and in-person interactions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, assisting in resolution.

Operational Coordination:

• Collaborate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to coordinate vehicle movement efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of reconditioning tasks, maintaining operational flow.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
• OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience;
• OR 5 years' experience in a related field
