Client's Cell Therapy business is entering an exciting new phase as it begins the commercialization of its first CAR-T products. Commercialization drives new scope, scale, and complexity across the network, and requires manufacturing sites, global organizations, and IT systems to work together in new ways.
The QAD Consultant will have extensive experience implementing modules of QAD ERP, QM, SCP, SM
Qualifications:
o Candidate will be responsible for E2E implementation of QAD Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory modules, and Finance
o Collaborate with the business areas to define business needs and gather requirements that meet business goals and objectives to implement system solutions.
o Translate business requirements into QAD based business solutions and ensure an ultimately working solution in QAD or third-party applications
o Develop business processes blueprint
o Application Configuration as per processes
o Partner with vendors and third-party support teams to resolve system issues, develop enhancements and project tasks
o Gap Analysis and functional specification creation for customizations
o Author and facilitate UAT/ CRP workshops
o Create training documentation and deliver user trainings
o Participate in data migration strategy and cutover
o Provide support to the business post go-live
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
o Minimum 10 year of experience working on QAD
o Experience on ERP Implementation projects – Mandatory
o Knowledge of WMS module
o Knowledge of MES – Nice to Have

o Walk customer through problem-solving process
o Assist with development, implementation, and management of policies, processes and standards within the technical environment.
o Be responsive in a fast-paced adapting environment that requires maximum system performance, minimum down time, and a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence.
o All other duties as assigned
o Travel up to 10%
