The person to fill this role will ensure that the quality of product/ processes meet standards.
What you will be responsible for:
- Inspect product/processes to ensure their conformity to specifications through visual inspection, dimensional validation, and process audits.
- Communicates any identified non-conformities to Operations Associates, Supervisors, and Quality.
- Must be able to document inspection results using provided forms and assists in developing the forms.
- Ensures reworked product fully meets the product specifications and that non-conforming product is handled per the non-conforming material procedure.
- Using a variety of measurement tools/gauges (ie. Calipers, Micrometers, Plating thickness gauge, Tape measure, Webster hardness tester.)
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Must be able to work quickly and very detailed orientated.
- Must be organized and able to maintain and easily access documents/records as needed.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.
- Reading and understand Engineering drawings, NAS, MS, and MIL specifications.
Experience:
- Experience in a quality inspection related job is preferred.
- A working knowledge of the AX ERP system is preferred.

Experience
Required- 1 - 2 years: 1-2 years in a quality inspection job.
Education
