Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct VDA 6.3 Process Audits at client sites to assess compliance with automotive industry standards and requirements.
- Utilize your automotive industry experience to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement within the client's processes.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their quality management systems.
- Verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Communicate audit findings professionally and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance by referring to the IATF 16949 standards and deployment of core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
- Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise.
- Certified IATF 16949 Auditor with a proven track record of conducting audits in the automotive industry.
- Ideally, certified as a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor or undergoing training on the VDA 6.3 Process Audit standard.
- Extensive automotive industry experience, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in IATF core tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in audit reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
