- Job Title: Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) - RFO# 23-039 - Location: Sacramento -CA (Hybrid Model) - Start Date: May 2024 - Project Duration: 24 months - Job Role: Consultant must work under the direction of the Project's Quality Assurance/Testing Manager for providing services for quality assurance/control and user acceptance testing for the client's project. - Work includes planning, monitoring, controlling, executing, and assuring quality of the Client's Project processes and work products, including the UAT processes. - Monitor third party testing activities and perform as well as monitor regression testing of the Client's Project system. - Experience for Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer: Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming with at least four (4) years of that experience in a lead capacity. - Experience for Analyst: Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects with at least three (3) years of that experience in systems analysis and design. - Mandatory Qualifications: Three years of experience in managing quality control and assurance for a large and complex IT system project, three years of experience leading and overseeing a user acceptance testing team, three years of experience implementing test methodologies and three years of experience leading and overseeing external interface testing efforts on a large and complex IT system. - Desirable Qualifications: Experience with a California state agency, experience as a test lead coordinating with a prime vendor/system integrator's development and testing team, experience developing test case scenarios, experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps and experience creating reports using Microsoft Power BI tool. - Tasks and Work Products: Tasks include planning and executing QA/QC processes, planning and leading iterative UAT efforts, monitoring other project testing processes, generating test status reports, conducting knowledge transfer and submitting monthly reports. Some tasks may be unanticipated and will be performed as needed.
