Shift: M-F 8 hours per day

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains client records to ensure confidentiality.
- Accurately enters client demographics into Cortex/Echo databases.
- Updates contacts in databases and client files. Meticulously enters admission and discharge dates. Closes enrollments as needed.
- Files all information pertaining to client records, ensuring that files are kept up to date.
- Monitors the flow of records in and out of the department and agency.
- Conducts a quantitative review of all clinically related documentation and reports. This may include but not be limited to IOP and progress notes, reports pertinent to client treatment/progress, Treatment Plans, Comprehensive Goal Plans, etc.
- Keeps abreast of licensing/certification/accreditation standards and HIPAA regulations as it pertains to record reviews and billing.
- Provides miscellaneous clerical interdepartmental support as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent
Other Qualifications:
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Criminal clearances (specific State & child clearances and, if necessary, FBI).
- Non-communicable diseases physical exam.
- Valid driver's license from employees state of residence.
- Valid registered vehicle insurance.
- Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
