The Quality Assurance Support position is a hybrid role located within Central Florida. Responsibilities include:
- Support the Quality and Risk Management Departments ensuring the safety of staff and clients.
- Accurate data reporting and record keeping, follow up and ongoing communication to colleagues, program staff and external agencies regarding risk and safety and adherence to contractual and legal requirements.
Position Details:
Salary: Starts at $16.75 - 19.64 / hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience)
Salary: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience
- Two years’ experience in tracking/monitoring of quality and compliance in case records preferred
- Experience using computer software/programs required
Other Requirements
- Must be able to attend a 3 day orientation Monday-Wednesday from 9am-5pm.
- Valid Driver's License
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen and TB Test
