Job Description
Talento Search Group has an opening for a Quality Supervisor in Skokie, Illinois. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $65,000-70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, training, and monitoring product safety and quality
- Participate in customer and 3rd party audits
- Oversee activities of quality specialists
- Contact supplier regarding issues with raw materials
- Perform final verifications
- Assign staffing and manage attendance
Experience Needed:
- At least three years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with GMP, allergen training, HACCP, food safety plans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Food Science, or similar is preferred
