Job Summary
The Quality Control Supervisor at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport will conduct audits to stay in compliance with flagship policies and standards. The primary goal of internal audits is to ensure organizational policies and producers are being abided by and enforced by personnel assigned to the task. You will also be required to keep track of all training and safety compliance for the site according to the policies and procedures set forth by the Site Manager.Job Description

Essential Functions

• Performs quality control inspections daily using Flagship Intuition software.
• Directs team in daily tasks.
• Creates reports and distributes them to the Operations Managers.
• Follows up on and re-inspects unacceptable inspection results.
• Demonstrate high energy, mobility, initiative, and drive to enhance operations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with on-site management and client to ensure routine evaluations are conducted properly with the least amount of friction.
• Create quarterly analysis and summary to ensure continuity of improvements or issues.
• Participate in weekly management meetings.
• Keep records of all trainings, inspections, observations and on the job training records.

• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

Work Environment

• Fast paced office environment
• High sense of urgency
• Small office environment
• The noise level in the work environment is unusually loud.
• Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments.
• Heavy protection may be required and will be provided.
• Occasionally exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise.

• Employees assigned to airport customers are subject to airport screening requirements.
