```Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Manufacturing Class 1 and Class 2 products as well as testing those products for quality on a weekly basis. ```Responsibilities```
- Manufacture Class 1 and 2 medical devices
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Utilize tools such as Pipettors, Balances, and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and maintain quality systems, including CFR 820 Title 21. CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and components
- Create and maintain documentation related to Quality Assurance activities
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in quality management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of CFR 820 title 21, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations
