We are growing and is looking to add another Quality Assurance Specialist to their team who has experience in paint & drywall experience!!

The Quality Assurance Specialistresponsibilities will include performing visual inspections verifying that the work product performed by crews meets the Company’s standard and builder's scope of work.
Must have a clear driving record in order to be approved by the Company's insurance company to drive company vehicle.
Primary Duties Include (but not limited to)
- Paint & Drywall experience preferred.
- Plan, execute and oversee product inspection and check for quality and conformance to specifications and builder’s scope of work.
- Manage and execute daily Quality Assurance sections.
- Blue tape and green tape inspections.
- Coordinate inspections with field management team.
- Communicate to field management team of quality issues and improvements.
- Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
- Comply with company Quality Assurance standards.
- Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards.
- Document Quality Assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
- Identify training needs and take action to ensure companywide compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Must have a clear driving record in order to be approved by the Company's insurance company to drive company vehicle.
- High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday / 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Some Saturdays are required)
Compensation: $20.00 / hour

- Ability to climb up and down steps
- The position occasionally may require lifting heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
