What You'll Do 

As aQuality Assurance Specialist, you will carry out QA testing across the project's lifecycle, simulating end-user interactions with our products and communicating any found defects back to the development team. The candidate will be expected to work meticulously to test, detect, and report any problems with our software programs, apps, and websites. We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years of experience in the field, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related area, or equivalent experience with a strong understanding of QA practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Conduct thorough QA testing for software programs, apps, and websites, including running test cases to validate product functionality.
  • Identify, document, and write detailed bug tickets for any discovered issues, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
  • Perform regression testing on applications to verify fixed bugs and maintain product integrity after updates.
  • Utilize Selenium for creating automated tests to streamline the testing process.
  • Assess the functionality and overall user experience of our products, focusing on precision and attention to detail.
  • Record and report any issues to the development team, providing detailed accounts to assist in the troubleshooting process.

What You May Need to Be Successful: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development and Quality Assurance.
  • Working knowledge of various programming languages, development platforms, and Selenium for test automation.
  • Strong writing skills for clear and effective bug reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others and work as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA best practices and a thorough understanding of the SDLC.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to identify even the most subtle of issues.
  • Proven communication, reporting, and troubleshooting skills to aid in the swift resolution of problems.

This is a fully remote position (Work from Home) based in the US.
