Job Title: Quality Assurance Test Specialist
About the Company:
A leading Electric Vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with a focus on mass production of electric vehicles and innovative production technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Material Testing duties for EV components & Tool Calibration sections.
- Evaluate department processes; recommend process and product improvements.
- Handle customer test requests and EV efficiency testing.
- Operate EV Efficiency and Environmental Chamber Testing equipment.
- Review EV Models certifications and maintain records.
- Conduct product testing and first article and final inspections when needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
- Continuously improve the testing and evaluation process to ensure that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Preferences:
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Advanced Metrology Skills. Efficient operation and knowledge of Dynamometer and Environmental chamber operations.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, including EV, chassis, and electronic systems.
- Ability to understand, read and establish fluent technical English conversations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great problem definition and problem solution tool application.
Preferred:
- Experience with projects that encouraged participation in related departments.
Travel Requirement:
- Domestic / International travel may be required.
Working Hours (Shift) Requirement:
- Shift assignment may change to meet business needs, communicated to employees with accommodation consideration.
