They have a need of a Quality Assurance Specialist/Test Engineer to assist with the Testing, Automation andsoftware development.

- Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

- Job Type: W2 Contract
- Quality Assurance of a high-availability server and network infrastructure composed of numerous software components.
- Design and Implementation of Software Quality Assurance best practices in order to ensure reliable software releases into production.
- Document test methodologies like test plans.
- Develop automated testing capabilities.
- Testing software components in a variety of server and network configurations.
- Troubleshooting issues, and identifying software defects.
- Recommend process and technology improvements to testing approach and test infrastructure.
- Experience in Linux development, specifically Ubuntu.
- Strong experience in developing test automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, shell etc.
- Experience with software development in Python.
- Experience with Git or similar source control repository and CI/CD tool.
- Experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tool.
- Strong experience with creating and maintaining documentation, test plans, and reporting on test results as needed for operations and maintenance.
- Experience implementing security measures.
- Experience implementing security patches and updates and software code quality.
- Experience with software development in C/C++.
- Experience and skill with Qemu/KVM or similar virtualization technology.
- Experience with Elastic Stack (ELK) or similar log aggregation and data visualization tool.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana or similar time series metric data collection and visualization tools.
- Experience with Docker or similar container technology.
- Experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestrator.
