Wholesome Goods, Inc. is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer E-Commerce company that is looking for a motivated & talented Quality Assurance Manager that can aid in leading a team of Quality Assurance professionals to ensure we are providing the highest quality products for our amazing customer base.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to ensure all processes are built out fully in order to ensure products are arriving in compliance with our product specifications to a global market. This will include but not be limited to expiration date audits for all brands, escalations, quality initiatives, expense reports, and corrective actions. Processes must be revised when adjustments are needed and audited quarterly.
The Quality Assurance Manager will be in charge of conducting investigations, handling expense reports, as well as building supplier relations with our suppliers. Collaborating across multiple departments and projects is necessary in this role and is vital to the success of fulfilling this role and its responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities must be fulfilled in order to thrive in this position:
1. Maintaining relations with assigned suppliers and brands applicable based on region including but not limited to UK, EU, and AU regions.
2. Maintain brand integrity based on regulations for each region as well as product specifications.
3. Verify certifications of suppliers in Specified regions (UK, EU, & AU)
4. Developing processes for these brands with coordination of the Director of Quality Assurance
5. Implement Product Guides for QA department for brands assigned in the regions specified (UK,EU, AU)
6. Regulations for the brands assigned in listed regions (UK,EU, AU)
7. Lab testing plans for the brands assigned in listed regions (UK,EU, AU)
8. Sample retention where applicable for the brands in all regions
9. Audit regions for customer feedback from 3PL’s in the listed regions (UK,EU, AU)
10. Involved more in efficiencies processes for Quality Assurance Department
11. FDA regulations and rules guide built out for brand specific products ( Cosmetics & Supplements)
12. 3PL Management for reporting, KPI’s , and expenses for Quality instances (UK,EU,AU)
13. Listing audits for accuracy in regions to mitigate risk ( UK, EU, AU)
14. Schedule Preshipment inspections, Facility audits and labs for regions and brands assigned (UK,EU,AU)
15.SOP and PSDS compilation will be necessary for brands within the regions listed (UK,EU,AU)
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance
- 3 years experience in a related Quality Control or Quality Assurance role
- Background in Quality Assurance initiatives
- Detail Oriented in order to handle multiple priorities and demanding deadlines
- Strong Communication Skills
- Bias for action is a key element to this role
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Product knowledge
- Must be able to analyze data and utilize excel
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday (9 am-5 pm) or (8 am to 4 pm)
- Ability to travel when necessary
